Over the last 10 years, La Frontera has become one of Arizona’s most active nonprofit affordable housing developers. As an extension of its development success, La Frontera now manages its own portfolio of over 500 units. In addition, La Frontera currently has 347 units in various stages of development, with 227 additional units coming online in 2020/2021.
