Sunnyside Pointe Villas II

“Sunnyside Pointe Villas II” located on South Park Avenue & Irvington Road is a  Low Income Housing Tax Credit project consisting of 92 units for low-income seniors, eighty percent (80%) of the homes serve individuals 55 years and older and the balance serves persons with developmental disabilities. The project includes a community building and supportive services. The units range from 750 square feet for a one-bedroom unit and 950 square feet for two-bedroom units. The homes each feature a fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, one car garage, and interior finishes comparable to market rate housing. Residents earn between 40% to 60% of Area Median Income. The project also includes a 2,200-square foot community building that includes a large multi-purpose room for special events, a leasing/manager’s office, reading area, and a warming kitchen. Supportive services are provided by La Frontera Center. Inc. Units based on availability.
