Bella Vista Apartments

“Bella Vista Apartments” represents the new construction of 14 rental apartments and a community building for very low income homeless and seriously mentally ill (SMI) individuals. Each 550 SF unit will consist of a bedroom, bathroom, full kitchen, and living room. Supportive services (counseling, job placement, and training) will be coordinated from the 1600 SF community building. Units receive HUD Project Rental Assistance Contract (PRAC) and resident will pay 30% of expenses/rent. All utilities included. Supportive services are provided by La Frontera Center. Pet Policy

Two pets (dogs or cats) per unit are permitted at Bella Vista Apartments with a $200 refundable pet deposit, and an executed pet addendum.  Animals must weigh 25 lbs. or less full grown.  Please see the community manager for further details.

Leasing Terms

A minimum twelve-month lease is required.
