Storacle Point will be made up of 4 different communities located at 4 different addresses.  The Sunnyside Pointe subdivision of Storacel Point is open to families with children and consist of new three-bedroom, 2 bath units located in South Tucson.  Storacle Point offers many tenant supportive services, and are located close to grocery stores, public transportation, VA hospital, parks and recreation areas, schools, urgent care offices, senior center, public library and a movie theater.

Community Amenities

Storacle Point in the Sunnyside subdivision has a food pantry, a community computer center, cafe, market and barbecue area as well as a plaground for the children on site for the convenience of our residents.

Pet Policy

Upon approval, two small pets (dogs or cats) per unit are permitted.  They must not weigh over 25 lbs. full grown.  A refundable pet deposit of $200 and signed pet addendum are required.
