“Chapel Apartments” is an 8-unit apartment complex located at 3366 N. Chapel, currently serving very low income residents whose incomes range from 30% to 50% of AMI. La Frontera currently owns and operates this apartment complex and is in the process of applying for State Home funds to provide much needed rehabilitation to the housing units. Supportive services are provided by La Frontera Center. Inc. Units based on availability.

A minimum twelve-month lease is required.
