Rally Point is a newly-renovated historic building with 30 studio apartments in the heart of downtown Tucson just steps from the Sun Link Modern Street Car route, music and dining venues, shopping theaters, dancing, a public library, and the Ronstadt Center Bus Center. It’s downtown living at its best!
Community Amenities
Rally Point features a large community room with a pin pong table, shuffleboard, sitting area, foosball table, laundry room, and video security. Supportive services are available for our residents. There is also an exercise room and computer room for our residents’ enjoyment.
Apartment Amenities
All studios include cable TV, stove top, small refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher. The units have built-in cabinet space and are semi-furnished with bed frame, bed, flat-screen smart television, nightstand and dining set.
Pet Policy
Two pets (dogs or cats) per unit are permitted at Rally Point. Animals must weigh 25 lbs. or less when full grown. A $200 pet deposit and an executed pet addendum must be provided before a pet is permitted.

Miracle Point Apartments is a new construction community featuring 40 units to serve chronically homeless persons in Tucson with a preference to house veterans. The community features 34 one-bedroom units and 6 two-bedroom units. The project targets incomes at 30% of the area median income. The units feature design elements that follow the Housing First Model and supportive services. Miracle Point is also located close to bus routes, shopping, restaurants and only three miles to downtown Tucson and the Light Rail system. All utilities are included! The Miracle Point property offers on-site supportive services, resident activities, life skills training, job training, financial literacy classes, and computer training. There is also a food pantry available to residents. Miracle Point is a smoke-free community.

The recently built single-story units at Miracle Point have a front and back patio for relaxing in the warm Arizona weather. All utilities are included with your rental payment. “Bella Vista Apartments” represents the new construction of 14 rental apartments and a community building for very low income homeless and seriously mentally ill (SMI) individuals. Each 550 SF unit will consist of a bedroom, bathroom, full kitchen, and living room. Supportive services (counseling, job placement, and training) will be coordinated from the 1600 SF community building.
